Drone Sensor Component R&D Project

This project participated in the R&D and manufacturing of sensor components for an industrial drone, responsible for design optimization and batch production of precision structural parts such as sensor brackets, installation interfaces and connectors.

R&D Process

Drone sensor components need to balance lightweight and structural strength. The R&D team achieved a 30% weight reduction of the bracket while ensuring stiffness requirements through topology optimization design.
